Interpretable Subcellular Localization Prediction

Access YLoc via SOAP

A WSDL file compatible with ZSI 2.0 is available here

The SOAP Server was established using ZSI 2.0 for Python and the corresponding WSDL was verified using the eXtc WSDL Validator and soapUI 3.5. We encourage to use software libraries to access YLoc via SOAP such as Axis or ZSI. Moreover, we provide example code based on Python ZSI including some instructions to establish a local YLoc interface.
If you face problems using SOAP or ZSI, you can alternatively use a YLoc interface script based on Python which accesses YLoc via http.
